How long does on-boarding usually take?

A few minutes. The sales reps don't have to be involved. The sales manager can setup the account and get started.

Long-term commitments or cancellation fees?

No. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. We'll never charge a cancellation fee.

What counts as a user?

Any user from your CRM for whom you wish to track metrics, goals and make challenges. Usually a sales rep.

Is Slack a requirement?

Yes. Donewell uses Slack as the primary user interface. You can use Slack for Donewell even if you don't use it for team communication.

Do I need a CRM?

Donewell uses the data from your CRM system. We currently support Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics, Nutshell and Upsales.

Will you send messages to everyone in our Slack team?

Not unless you specifically configure Donewell to do so. You are in control over who is contacted and when.
